I'm Anjuli and I am an artist. What is my medium, you ask? A lot of different things... from photography, makeup, dressing up, writing, and more. I have a lot of interests and like to do a lot of things, like most of us, but algorithms don't like that, they like boxes, niches, trends-- all of which don't and have never interested me.

From a young girl, I knew who I was: glamorous, over the top, and fiercely devoted to being myself in every single way. It was this that became the blueprint of this blog "byAnjuli".

I have always dreamt of being a cover girl and being able to use all my talents to express myself and encourage others to do the same. When I think on the end of my life, I hope I'm covered in animal print and rhinestones, my clothes being divvied out to other fabulous queens and dolls, my people continuing to live in their authenticity to inspire the next generation, and my art, a piece of representation for those who need it.

byAnjuli because I am a one-woman show and hair, makeup, photos, everything is done by me. byAnjuli because I deem what's important to me-- not the algorithm or brands. byAnjuli because this is my space, my voice, my fashion, and my damn life.
